Caribbean Creative Thinking’s (CCT) is a Limited Liability Company, dedicated to helping Institutions, programs, community groups and individuals to adopt new approaches to the challenges of surviving and thriving in this rapidly and radically changing world.

CCT does this by helping you to discover and use your untapped creative potentials.

The heart of everything we do is based on the research-supported principles that we are all inherently creative by nature, and that we can be taught to be more creative, more efficient problem-solvers than we currently are.

CCT's services include: Facilitating group retreats or shorter sessions, team building, helping to unleash your team’s inner creativity, helping individuals to find their true passions, and teaching the principles of creative thinking, creative problem solving and innovation.

CCT uses FourSight Inc.®-developed techniques and other approaches. The processes include an assessment to reveal one’s creative thinking style preferences. The insights gained, help you to embrace the diversity within your group for more innovative solutions to your challenges.

CCT also introduces the individual or team to a variety creativity tools and techniques that can be applied equally to aspects of your personal life or your organization. We accomplish excellence by showing our clients how to utilize creative thinking and innovation as an integral part of the way they function.

CCT also assists in helping you to get unstuck from your current situation and to vision for your next steps. We equip you with ways to anticipate obstacles and to greet challenges positively and more strategically without feeling overwhelmed.
